I just got my 8 week labrador puppy and she is doing great with potty training(: but when ever I want to teach her how to sit or lay down, she doesn’t pay attention at all. She starts to jump on me and sometimes she bites my shoes. Any advice in how to get her attention? I do use the clicker and the treats.

what’s the right time to start training for female labrador puppy .45 days old,should i ask her to sit back before giving food,what should be the feeding intervals at this stage,also what hould be the weight of the puppy during fist 6 months period.
the German shepherd would be over a year to 2 years old, was wondering if i could introduce a labrador puppy (6weeks old or so) to him, and whether it made a difference if the labrador was a boy or girl, and if they’d get along.

I live in Western Australia and i am currently saving up for a female labrador puppy but can’t remember how much it would cost to have her de-sexed- i need to know how much money i’ll need to save for this?

My Labrador puppy is chewing everything in sight! Anyone who wants to go outside beware the leaping lab for she is constantly jumping at anyone any chance she gets! I’d take her to obedience training but I think my parents have given up on her! 
With school I don’t have much time to train her please I need all the help I can get they’re trying to get rid of her. I hate pounds! Dogs can die in those and she could end up with some one who enjoys animal cruelty, or some other sick person! Any tips advice ideas. Any thing to keep her with me and prove to my parents and selfish brother that she is a good dog. Thank You!
And one more thing I forgot to mention is that im only 11 and all our dogs live outside so we can keep good smelling carpet don’t be rude about it i don’t like it either! Anyway I already said I can’t do obedience training because, well I can’t drive and no one will take me, and she’s my dad’s dog :I We had a lab before and he was really calm so I guess this was unexpected. I’d say she’s about five months. Thanks for everything though every bit counts. I really love this dog and would do anything to keep her. Plus im a shy person and my dad is gone for three weeks and back for three so lets just say me and my mom have a closer relationship. She cares but she hates dogs especially Marylou our lab. Soooo this is my only hope for the pup. I was working on training her but it’s so hot outside!!! I will put more effort in now!
Its useless they are gonna get rid of her im sure WHAT ABOUT MY FEELINGS!!!!!!!!! I don’t wanna see her go any advice i feel so helpless now i don’t know what to do im only 11 im overwhelmed im just starting middle school and now i wanna train a crazed dog all you dog lovers with a great bond for your dog try to put yourself in my place help me out
Hi, I just lost my dog to cancer and was looking to get a pure bred Labrador Puppy. I was wondering if anyone knew how much i could expect to spend on this and if there are any things that I should keep in mind when deciding? Id love to save one from a shelter but I heard that most dont have pure bred dogs – or puppies. Thanks for your time in advanced.

he is a 10 week old Labrador puppy, we have had him for 6 weeks, he has alot of toys to play with and goes out side with us to play all the time. he growls when he tugs on your clothes.

Soon i am hoping to move into a new house with my parents but i want a labrador puppy not straight away but some when in the future… the new house doesn’t have a garden but it is a big house with a very large basement and a small balcony area.
Is it possible to train a labrador to use say a ‘dog litter tray’ essentially…
I would obviously take the dog for a walk every day also.
