How to train my 7 mo-old Lab to play by herself?

She follows me from room to room with her toys in her mouth. We give her a reasonable amount of play time, both indoors as well as outdoors. However, she seems to want me to play with her and her toys forever. Right now, I just brought her back inside after walking and playing but she’s following me around with the toy in her mouth. She’s tugging at my jeans and she just won’t stop. There’s no way I can play with her all day and get anything done for the rest of the family. Do any of you have a dog who demands more attention than your children? How do I train her to play independently?

I need training tips for my lab?

I have a 3 month old lab pup that i need to train.I know how to handle sit, stay, ect. But I need to know if there is a way to stop his bitting. He is teething and always chews on my jeans or whenever i go to pet him he staarts chewing on me.I also need to know what i should do if he bites my lamb and how to walk on a leash.

how do i train my labrador?

I have a 4 month old black Labrador. Every time he gets hyper and excited he starts biting everything that he can, usually something soft like a towel or shirt. Sometimes he gets so wild up that he starts barking and growling and jumps on me and tries to pull my shirt or my jeans. If I tell no! He gets even more hyper and goes after another object. What can I do to stop this behavior?

He never bites me in a harmful way. Just wanted to add that.

hey i’ve looked up many different ways as to teaching my puppy not to nip but nothing seems to be working the in the long term especially when he’s too excited its like he forgets everything he’s learned so this is what im look for for advice.

1. puppy bites too hard and doesnt really care what it is. like if my face is close to him he’ll try to bite it or jeans or feet etc. you get the point so how can i stop this particularly that biting of the face. fyi my lab barely licks anything he just wants to chew on everything lol

2. he also pees inside the house alot and takes forever when outside. sometimes we are outside for like over 10 minutes waiting for him to use the bathroom then get inside and just pees lol. as for defecating, he primarily does it outside. he usually pees in small amounts so by the time i get to him he is like done so its hard to make him learn that that behavior is for outside.

3. how can i get my puppy to like his crate so that he actually wants to be there. i feed him in it. give him treats in it but still no avail. he doesnt necessarily hate it but prefers to sleep in the bathroom and treats it like his room. his crate doesnt fit in the bathroom so thats now an option.

4. any tips for a first time puppy owner? i’ve had a dog but he grew up with me so he was an adult when i became of age to like remember things. also this is my first lab so if theres anything you think i should know please let me know.

thank you
