Do you Know about American Staff/Labrador mixed dogs?
If so what are they like in general? I’m looking to get a half American Staff, and Half Labrador puppy at the Animal shelter, I want a dog thats fairly easy to train, energetic but not crazy, a good guard, good with children, people, and cats, and not known for getting fleas.

I don’t remember the name of this movie :[ It's a movie about a family giving away 7 [i think] of their labrador puppy and then later on they realized they want them back.

i live in south jersey and am getting a lab puppy in 2 weeks, i want to enroll him in a puppy class, i have already enrolled him in a puppy class but i am afraid that he might get sick, my breeder is giving the puppies their first set of shots before they come home, is that enough or should i wait until he has all of his shots before i start him????? i would also like to find a place that has agility, obedience, and confirmation as i would like to do that to… PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

We have a golden retriever named Cashew. She is a great dog but is in need of some basic training. Are there any good books or Dvds anyone can recommend to help us train her?

I got a three month old Labrador pup, he is hyper active and bites many times a day. Whenever i go out i leave the pup to at my grandmothers place. He does many mischievous and naughty things like biting everything, pulling clothes and bitting. I asked few people for training him, some say that the trainers will beat the dog severely while training. My grandmother doesnt want to send him for training, i just want to make sure that he doesnt trouble my granny and bite her.. He may not actually bite her, while playing she may get hurt with his nails or teeth.. I am looking for advice and suggestions

i have a 3 month old yellow lab n we r havin trouble gettin him potty trained i have been crate training him for 2 months ever since i got him but when i bring him out to play i take him out first he goes n then 10 mins later he goes again but on the carpet please help

Ok, so I already have a labrador and 2 cats. But we’re getting rid of one of my cats. So, my labrador is getting old, so my parents said we could get a puppy since we don’t know how much longer she will last. So, we already have picked out the possible names and we were starting to look for a puppy. Then, we found out we had to move, so we find a house which we will be moving into in a month. But, now my dad is saying that he doesn’t want to get a puppy with a new house. So what am I supposed to do? I mean, we were already telling people to save a puppy for us so we could take it. And then we say we can’t? How can I convince my dad into getting one? I mean, I’m not a baby so I know how to take care of a dog, I dont need that much help. I already raised our labrador once, I can do it again. Any advice?
I am not trading my cat for a dog. I LOVE my cat. But I have to get rid of her because she doesn’t do well with my lab and my other cat, and she isn’t doing well with pottytraining. We have been trying to get her to use the litterbox for a VERY long time, but it does not work. I would never give up an animal for another one. No matter what, even if I dont get a puppy, I have to get rid of my cat. Plus, she is just a mean, stubborn cat. She beats up our other cat and wont let anyone touch her.

Hey Guys, I have decided to buy a dog and have already chosen that it is going to be labrador. However one of my buddies told me that I really need to learn some dummie things about dogs before I buy my black lab. I saw a book on amazon but I want something with no shipping time so I can buy my dog as fast as possible, you guys know any resources online or any online books?

i want to get a labrador but i want it to be protective of me in any situation that considers my life. if i am being threatened in a harmful way will they just naturally guard?
